We are currently open to Experienced CRE Professionals who are ready to “Eat What They Kill”. You’ve worked hard over the years building a Client Base and successfully achieved your production goals. This is impressive, however, you spent those years setting the table for your employer but never got to eat. With Hall Jacobs you can. Eat that is. Hall Jacobs Placement Fees are 1% for Debt and 2% for Equity. The Relationship Manager earns 50% of the Gross Commissions on their Funded Deals.
Ideal candidates are those CRE Professionals that have retired or are looking to go independent but don’t want the overhead or business infrastructure necessary to make a go of it. They want to leverage their experience and past client database into significant income.
As an Independent Contractor working remotely you have total autonomy. Your time is your own. You don’t source funds, Underwrite, or do anything other than Originate Deals. Hall Jacobs with our vast Sources of Funds and Underwriting expertise takes care of the rest. We have Senior and Mezzanine Debt, Preferred, LP, CO-GP and JV Capital.
